Timberland Sweeps Up at the Home Builders Association Parade of Homes
Don’t look now, but Timberland Contractors, LLC has swept by the competition at the 2015, 57th Annual Home Builders Association Parade of Homes event in Pensacola, Florida. David Teague, Sales Manager for Timberland was all smiles as he shook hands with D.R. Horton Builders representative Kent Wilkenson after receiving two of three awards presented to Timberland Contractors, LLC for their Outstanding Homes in three different price categories.
Teague said, “Wow! This is a triple play!” He said the triple award win came as quite a surprise to the team players at Timberland, but that everyone was overjoyed and stoked to do it again next year.
Timberland Contractors identify trends, and then help clients incorporate them into their “forever homes”. Open floor plans with expansive great rooms combined with gourmet kitchens and formal and casual dining rooms are hot right now. This style offers the perfect setup for those that enjoy entertaining. Soaring ceilings that step up from 11′, to 12′ to 13′ accessorized with crown molding, recessed and rope lighting is breathtaking and dramatic.
Another trend is having additional outdoor living space provided by way of over-sized covered back porches with additional touches like arched brick columns and outdoor kitchens and fireplaces which add flare and practicality to the space.

Triple Play at 2015 Parade of Homes: Timberland Hits It Out of the Park!
Timberland Contractors LLC scored a triple play at the 57th Annual Parade of Homes, hosted by the Home Builders Association of West Florida by being awarded 3 Outstanding Home Awards based on price category. The 2,604 square foot model at 6082 Brighton Lane in the Cottonwood Subdivision won Outstanding Home in Category 8: Homes priced from $284,900 – $299,500. The 2,005 square foot model at 5760 Heatherton Road in the Cottonwood Subdivision won Outstanding Home in Category 5: Homes priced from $219,900 – $238,290. The 1,098 square foot model at 5604 Rosedown Court in the Plantation Woods Subdivision won Outstanding Home in Category 1: Homes priced from $117,290 – $150,000.

Don’t forget the Parade of Homes, 2015 is just around the corner! Local builders will be showcasing their model homes during this time. Come visit our Parade Homes!
